I went a slightly different direction in today’s podcast, putting a major heavyweight (Walmart) up against a small retail company Edmonton Fasteners and Tools. I did this because they blew the armour off of Goliath and knocked him down with a simple pebble of perfection.
Its not very often I talk about things like this, but it was just so obvious to me that my customer experience was that much better from “David” in this scenario that I decided I had to talk about it specifically and to showcase this instance where small business can not only rival that of big business, but essentially clean its clock.
