It was refreshing to talk to Will Chen about his holistic approach to creating quality products for his eCommerce venture. He brings a very solid approach and one that is very focused around the company mission, mantra (Whatever you want to call it!). He is a focused and driven individual who everyone can learn from, especially when it comes to creating products to sell in the eCommerce space. At the heart of it he follows four basic principles and applies a holistic approach to creating products of QUALITY! Doing so has allowed his business to carve out its own unique place in the eCommerce world, and more specifically the world of luxury dog beds and premium toy products.
